92 240SX S13 Coupe Needs Engine

I have a 92 240SX Coupe. It has a rag top, so it looks convertible. Body is in very good condition. Small dent in passenger fender no paint damage. The whole car has been well taken care of up until the motor locked up. It is an auto. It's maroon color grey interior. The drivers side shows 2 spares because they were stolen off the car while in the parking lot. The only thing wrong with interior is drivers seat has a tear in the lumbar like they all do. It has 184K miles on it. I'm asking $800obo. Car is located in Stone Mountain off Hwy 78.

do you know if there is any body damage under top, other than obvious screw holes?
maybe a stupid question, but we arent in miami, i would need to remove that cheesiness.... or recover it in cheetah!
