Swapped the engine in my 97 Blazer, Vortec 4.3, and it will not start now. I have double checked and rechecked everything, all sensors and wires are connected. It will run great with gas sprayed in the intake, starts right up, no CEL or anything. Have fuel pressure getting all the way to the spider injection system, injectors arent firing. All fuses are good also.

Any ideas as to what to start checking or what controls the injectors?

How mych fuel presure these engines has to get plenty of gas like almost near 50ish PSI or better

It sounds like the fuelpump though. Never had a issue with the fuel injectors an not a known issue with these. But that fuel pump is OH MY GOD POS!! with all newer GM's
the fuelfilter/pump needs to be changed

Done and still nothing. Funny thing is it wouldnt start on its own before, always had to have a shot of starter fluid. Thinking fuel pump too.

was it working before you swaped the engine? check every thing before you start swaping stuff. relay, fuses,do you hear the fuel pump whine when you turn the key on?

It was but something wasnt just right. Had to spray it with starter fluid to get it to start then it would stay running. Got fuel to the lines, pump is working. I think the pump is bad. Not enough pressure, Im getting a gauge today.
