93 Honda Civic EJ Shell with interior

I have a 93 Honda Civic that I bought last week with another car. This car was sold to me without a title and I cant get a title for it. I was going to do just a race ready civic but thought about it more and just want to sell it as-is. This car is a parts car only or can be used as a track car only. I dont have many pictures of it but will get more. The interior is tan and needs to be cleaned and the engine is a blown d15. I am asking 400 obo. Is negotionable. I will take trades, like a b18 or turbo parts. I need this gone ASAP. Thanks

its missing the sub frame, i actually had a subframe about to be welding back in but didnt bc i couldnt get a title and its 700 OBO for a reason

I mean the interior is worth that, the doors are good, the trunk, the whole body is in good shape, just needs a front end and a sub frame

no its not stolen, its just the lady i bought it from she bought it from a guy that didnt want it anymore, he didnt have the title with him so no title was handed over, she forgot about it and never got one, well when she sold it to me, she sold it as a parts only car. Well now i can get a title bc she cant find the bill of sale of anything, so im just saying screw it and sell it

Have her write up another bill of sale, fax it to you, get a member of police department to come look at the car and verify the VIN and make sure it is good and clear. He will then notorize a paper saying it is clean, then go down to the title place, there is one off of Mt. Zion, they will file for a lost title, you can then drive about 15 minutes north and get the title that day, or go do the courthouse and they will send out for it.

WRONG!!!!

He would have to do a title bond on the car now. How is he gonna apply for a lost tile when the car was never his. He can fill for a abandoned title also, but must be ran in the news paper for 30 days.
