i changed my oil today at 246,700 with mobil 1 synthetic.

pretty much a steal on the shit.

the lady at advanced auto parts rang up 1 gal of oil, 1 extra quart and a thing of seafoam.

total= 22.75

i paid and asked why the oil was cheap and if it were actually that cheap, i'm buying another 5 gallons. haha. sadly, it was just a fluke but i made out with a 26 dollar gallon of oil for 7 dollars.


the lady was like, "i dunno, but you better leave before i fix that price".

i picked up my shit and left.

lol shit like that happened to me several times when i worked at autozone. it would ring up at a crazy low price and they would ask me if that was right and id say thats what it rings up so thats what you get it at.

haha i was just so pissed because i was 2 quarts low and needed to drive for work today.. didnt think i could afford the shit and i got there, saved 19 dollars.. so i put the savings in my gas tank.

i was very happy all day today

A few years ago Pep Boys in lawrenceville messed up and rang up 6 quarts of Mobil 1 for 6.95, we bought like 7 cases. we still have some.

It used to be $19.99 6 months ago :( Oil went down, but the price stayed up. Only in Amurrrrrrica..:rolleyes:
