CRX PROBLEM

i drive an 88 honda crx si and when ever i turn the key to start it it wont start...like all the the lights and everything lights up so i no its not the battery..it just wont crank up... and i dont think its the starter... anyone have any idea of what it maybe...when i turn the the key start it nuthin happens just all the light an stuff come on..no crank noise or anthing.

yea i did that too still didnt work... but it starts when we push it, hold the clutch and turn the key but wont start when we try to start it normally without pushing it...

On the clutch pedal there is a pad that pushed on a switch. The plastic plug the switch hits against like to fall out or dry rot and fall apart. Or the switch has gone bad. This happened to my crx and a friends crx.
If thats not the problem check the grounds to the motor.

It could also maybe be a relay or something. Or the starter Going out?

more than likley just the neautral saftey stwich as mike said and of course it happened to mine also

ok so it only turns on when your pushing it, its your starter

its the clutch safety switch .... mine jus went out itself .
