nitrous on a s2000?

spray it, just tune it, if not i'd say at least try to get a wet kit so you dont run lean, get a wideband or fuel pressure gauge, EGT gauge to know when your running lean, and run correct timing

2.If you have a return style S2000 (older than an 06) then all you need is a universal FI kit. Something like an NOS 5177 kit and its highly recomended to get a walbro 255 pump before installing.
3.Depending on what size pill you run you'll also need to go atleast 1-2 stages colder on the plugs.
4.For saftey sake a window activation switch is also highly recomended

Pro's, best bang for the buck.
con's, as with any substantial power increase there are alot of risk's. In the S2000's case I'd say the differential will explode pretty quickly.

I was under the impression the S2000 differential is pretty weak from the factory. The guy at work said a few clutch drops ruined his. Your right on the FI part, just the normal place for questions concerning it since its a power adder and all, sorry.

Nitrous may not be considered forced induction because it's not forcing air into your combustion chambers but it does increase combustion chamber pressures so the shit sure as hell isn't naturally aspirated. Does your engine normally ingest nitrous oxide? No? Then it's not natural. It's more FI than NA in any aspect.

OP you should go search Honda-Tech.com since it is a technical site and you will probably find a shit ton of information about N2O on S2000's.

a 'few' clutch drops? ive dropped mine literally, like 3 times...shits fine. a couple are ok, but repeated abuse will break things.

besides, the increase in horsepower when nitrous kicks in is nothing like dropping the clutch at 8k. the latter is much more damaging to the drive train.

as far as NA/FI...the other guy was right, it isnt natural, but it isnt forcing any forcing any extra air into the engine either, per forced induction. kinda inbetween.
