No matter what, 2009 will be the ugliest F1 cars ever.

fact. it is starting to go downhill really fast. The best thing that will ever happen to F1 is the death of Bernie and Max.

That "power adder" is pretty crazy, I dont know that I agree with it but its really cool. Whats the point in dropping down force but allowing slick tires again?

A1GP has had the "push to pass" for a while. It adds some for some on track strategy from the teams and drivers.
Slicks will give the driver more confidence from mechanical grip vs the aero grip they lost. This is supposed to mean more passing as the blinding corner speeds are gone.
The main thing that will happen is the driver will have to reteach their brain on how to do corners. It used to be you go in flat and stay as flat as possible and let the downforce get you through the turn. Now it will turn to a game of throttle control.

eh, maybe.
Let's wait to see if the passing actually happens.
I will tell you that i really began to like the crazy aero designs that came about in 2008. Atleast Renault has kept the ANVIL fin. That has to be my favorite aero piece.
Btw, i watched the 2008 Brazilian GP couple days ago. That final lap still hurts all these months later.

^I did too. Amazing race, most emotional I have ever seen as a spectator watching it on TV. I was so into it, and upset lol.
