ps3 dl help!!!!

my ps3 wont let me update any further than 7% on gta4 and 14% on street fighter 4 any help with this matter would be great and i will give reps!! my ps3 has the latest update for the system i did that yesterday but for some reason it wont update these games this sucks i want to play online dammit!!

PS3 dl are famous for sucking and taking forever. I usually dl something when I'm about to go to sleep with auto off afterwards.

How long does your street fighter stay on 14%?? Mine had a little issue as well, but i restarted and it finally updated, it did take a min though. Maybe check your connection settings as well.

I had a similar problem so I called my internet service provider. I told him what was up and he did something while is was on the phone with him. It has never messed up since then. You might want to give that a shot. :2cents:

cancel it and try it again. i have the same problem sometimes and when i cancel and restart it goes faster. hope that helps

Hmm weird, I DL'ed the SF4 update in about 10 seconds.

It under your custom wireless setting. GT4:P had a problem updating with it when it was enable and as soon as it was disable it work.

turned off the upnp and im still having issues im reading teh ps3 forums now and seems like im not the only one

if its wirelessly connected try turning off upnp or whatever on ur routers settings

Back up any game saves you have for those games onto a flash drive. Delete the Game Data that is saved on your PS3. Restart PS3, then reload the games back onto your PS3 w/ out the backed up save data and see if it can get through the update.

i think one time my update quit duringthe process, but it turned out my router was being screwy and my laptop would not connect and then get kicked off. try reseting your router, unplug it and your modem for a couple of minutes abd then reconnect. since i have got the new router i have upated everything fine. i have not updated street fighter b/c i do not have it, but my gta4 is updated.
