Cat keeps climbing on the car

Anyway to stop a cat from climbing on cars? Everytime I walk outside my car has 1-2 new scratches from the cat trying to get on my hood. It wouldn't be a big deal if the car wasn't nice, but I'd hate for my paint to be ruined over it.

use bb gun... don't mind the dents and dings if you miss... a couple good shots and i doubt he'll come back....

theres an indoor spray you can buy that keeps cats off of couches. im sure it would work if you sprayed it around the car. its in the cat aisle at petsmart.
