i've used protein shake from walmart, and w/ working out (benching pretty much) i could tell a difference.

It tastes really good, but is a pretty fatty protein

It tastes really good, but is a pretty fatty proteinThats exactly right. I like Evo pro. You use about half as much as muscle milk, but it costs a little more. And that stuff from Wal-mart, you might as well pour it down the drain. That stuff is so cheap because it is protein "concentrate". You need protein "isolate", which costs more. Check out the ingredients.

muscle milk has a ton of calories as stated above, unless your trying to add weight i would stick to a leaner protein shake alternative.. I'm using syntha-6 from BSN.. it tastes great and has a lot less calories.

I did a cycle of this first...

Once I finished I moved over to six star and got great results with both.

I will be staying with muscle juice unless I find something that fits me better.
