We have plenty of classes and we give away 50 Best of Awards as well

we do add or subtarct classes the weekend of the show depending on the number of vehicles in each class.

6th annual SoutheastShowdown, held at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds right outside of Atlanta in Lawrenceville.

The show caters to all walks of life, from Import Cars, Domestic Cars, Minitrucks, 4x4s, Fullsize Trucks, Rods/Classics and Bikes. We have many major magazines coming out to cover the event with more being added as it gets closer.

Hooters is our presenting sponsor and will be doing all of the food as well at the event, and of course all of the Hooters ladies.

We offer $1,000 for Best Debuting Ride Award, meaning fresh built or rebuilt for the show circiut and debuting at the show

and $$$$$ payout for the Club with the Most Entries

You DO NOT have to attend all 3 days to enter the show and be judged. Judging is done all 3 days of the show. Participants can enter the show as early as 7am and the show runs until the night time each day.

No weapons are allowed, we will search vehicles and wand spectators if we choose to (this done for your safety and ours) We DO NOT tollerate drama, dont start none there wont be none. We host this show for fun for everyone, its always had a very laid back atmosphere and we like to keep that reputation.

I have been attending this show for 3 years, way more nicer import cars than I see at alot of shows as well as trucks. I am not biased against trucks dont get me wrong, but the show has some sweet cars always

Just wanted to introduce myself on here, I am the promoter/owner for Southeastshowdown. Look forward to seeing a lot of you at the show again this year. And yes to the ones I know - I will hopefully attend the show, I hated not seeing everyone last year but being in the hospital after my near fatal heart attack for nearly a week was a good enough reason to miss it. Finally doing better just will be partially disabled for the rest of my life. BUT I AM THANKFUL TO BE ALIVE !!!!!!!!!



As to the show, we are glad we are able to move it to Atlanta area,the fairgrounds are real nice and huge, plenty of room. As far as rides go, well I like going to a show that caters to all walks of life. I enjoy seeing laid out trucks, 4x4s, imports, bikes and rods. So thats what we focus on. Being a promoter you have to deal with spectators opinions alot. Most spectators just come to see a certain segment of rides. So I dont like hearing that we didnt have enough of certain cars or trucks to see. Me personally, I have been building cars and trucks since I was 15 years old. Back then I was a Mustang and Camaro addict. Then I buily my first import car (300zx) and an accord. Then I started building mini trucks, which I have done 2 s-10s and 1 nissan. I now drive a G35 as my daily, but have a mini in the works and a rod(finally). No matter what we build, or how we build it, or for what purpose we built it. ....We should all have respect for one another. At age 37 now I have just as much respect for the guy that can afford only to add some wheels and a radio to the baddest cover truck or car. So I give respect to everyone in the scene. Some of you on here have probably seen some of my vehicles that I have built or in the magazines. If you have any questions, just hit me up :)

^^^ as far as just enetring on Sunday, thats not a problem. We understand that not everyone can be there all 3 days. So we do judging all 3 days of the show. We get quite a few that can only make it to just 1 or 2 days of the show. And if you happen to miss awards, we mail those out the following week if you werent able to pick it up Sunday afternoon :)

Heres what I say. To each his own. I also have a bagged mini truck and my Talon. IMO I love to see full out show cars with wild paint, lambo doors, body kits/body work, full interior, etc. Guess that could be the mini trucker in me LOL. Truth is is half of you would love to own one like that and still go fast. That is my goal with my car. I don't consider it to be rice if it is done nicely. I consider rice to be a Pep Boys modified, big wing wearin', stickered up like a race car and can't out run a Geo Prizm POS. I don't hate on anyone that has spent hard earned money on any kind of ride to make it look GOOD and run BETTER.

Good to see you today, its been a while for sure. Regarding the decal and tag, I'd start w/ an Acro member...any chance they are pissed?! Usually the only way logos are scraped is by a former or upset club. Maybe I am wrong, just food for thought. BTW, the car still looks great!!
