Typos occur with high gravity beer late at night. And its not a ford completely. You know this. But that’s not the point. I was referring to the typical response of some IA members. Your follow up responses just confirm to others that a lot of IA members are rude brusque people. Don't be mean. Realize that its not productive as community to have a reputation like this. I used to drive a Firebird actually, loved it. Know quite a bit more about them than you do I'm sure (pick your series, L36 series 1 or 2, L67, L32, L98, LT1, LT4, LT5, LS1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, etc) But it was old and required constant maintenance so when i got a new job and a career, i got a faster car with a 7yr, 100k warranty and paid $2k under sticker for it. Mazda quality is way above GM anyways these days.

Guess I should have asked this before, but how old are you all (the ones who scout the boards for trash talking purposes). I'll try not to assume, but the one guy who responded in a mature manner is likely to be the only one other than me who can even buy a beer. High school? Dropped out? GED on the way?

I see where you are coming from and understand it could have been said better. However a stupid question deserves a stupid answer because all he had to do is scroll through the list to see nothing is going on and egging it on by calling the others "tools" was not smart. I agree you should not be short with people because this board is designed to get people with like interests togther. I got the same reaction when I joined the 350Z forums with a buddy of mine who actually owned one. I was flamed for not being a Z owner and that I own a rice civic which I didnt understand since it is stock. Just my 2cents.

I have a child your age. I was in HS the day you were born. I also graduated HS 3.75 GPA and a perfect SAT score. I grad college a few years later with a 4.0 in computer programming. I've made it through a couple of rounds of Jeopardy and Millionaire (qualifying rounds on both). I'm quite intelligent, but it doesn't take my amount of God-like intelligence to know that this was a inane thread. If you don't see an event with the date you like, then there is probably not one. Half of your threads about current events are buried within threads for older events. And half of those threads are filled with idiotic posts by people like the bashers here. Well said. Unfortunately most people never grow out of being this way. They will say just about anything to justify it from how experienced they are, to how much money they make to dismissing other people they know nothing about. :(
