I am not sure. In Macon we do not currently have emissions testing. I have read that in California, you cant even pass the visual with a standalone unless its C.A.R.B. exempt. So what they do out there is put in a stock ecu and injectors etc... and go get emissions for the year. So I cant guarantee it will pass emissions.

$250. What I paid one week ago. I will not take less than this. If it does not sell for 250 it will go in the 98 ex when it gets sold and i will hike the price of the car up 250. I could sell it for more, but im not gonna make it look like im trying to flip parts on here. The Power FC lists for $980 without the FC commander which lists for $350. Thats a $1330 value, which makes this a real deal.

Cant believe that this thing hasnt sold already. If it would be able to pass emissions, i have a cousin in N.C. i would put on this. KILLER PRICE!!!!!
