All I can say is do your fucken research before you do/buy anything.

As many of you guys know I purchased a 2005 tranny last week and swapped it in my 2001. Well I did this to get rid of my horrible clutch rattle/tranny buzz. Well what is it today? Day 4? its back...

So ya, it wasnt completely my tranny making the noise, apparently the clutch setup I decided to go with earlier last year is the loudest setup out there for the S2000...ya...im an idiot.

So in two weeks I will be pulling the tranny out once again to convert everything to ACT.

This does not only apply to the S2000. People just research everything more before buying shit. I spent literally a week going through reviews of clutches, but all I even read was the break in procedures and thoughts after like 5K miles. Everything was great with the Competition Clutch setup....if I would have found one review after 10K miles I would have stayed far away from them...

so anyone interested in a stage 2 CC pressure plat, throwout bearing, aluminum flywheel, and disk?

s2000 = realistic dream car

always loved the look, sound, and feeling of being in one. The first week they came out a friends brother bought one. He took me for a ride in it and I swore I would eventually own one...even if I sell mine, I will own another one. They are just THAT kool!!!

That happens with any car you seriously mod...function comes first.

I currently run a Competition Clutch - it's the smoothest and quietest stg2 clutch i have ever owned. Then again, mine is for a B series...

Maybe it's different for the F series?

was...the new tranny sounds 100 times better, but the buzz is still enough to steer buyers away. If I keep the car I will keep the CC clutch until it is dead. If not, I will need to swap the clutch out to an OEM one...fun fun fun
