I just bought a 95 stock teggy The speedo is off 15 mph?? Wuld that make thhe mileage on the motor read wrong? How do i fix it?

Yeah when changing your wheel/rim to a bigger or smaller size affects the speedo of your vehicle,should check your speed sensor
