How much for DA HID?

how much is it for a 1993 acura integra LS HID?...i'm not familiar with HID so i dont know how many watts to get..i want one that is PRETTY BRIGHT...but LIGHT ENOUGH so i wont get pull over...how much will it be..also..is it the kit?
