When talking about how much more RWHP a given heavier car needs over a given lighter one, it isn't a fixed amount. The RWHP spread increases as the RWHP of both cars increase.

A Cobra needs about 490 RWHP to run even with a 440 RWHP Vette (based on my experience racing Stol3n. We dyno'd on the same dyno day at MPH and ran later that night. I made 462 RWHP and he made 440 - we were door to door, no idea why mine dyno'd low - it had been low ever since the rebuild, but usually in the 470-480 range. I'm guessing I was making ~490 that night.

Cobra needs 580-600 RWHP to run even with a 500 RWHP Vette, based on several runs with different KB cars against Lank's Z.

I am not on I.A. much so I am just reading this but I wanted to clear a few things up.

First thing at SDR, I had a female passenger in my car :boobies: and she wanted to see what it was like to do a 1/4 mile track. That was my one and only run that day. If it didn't take me 1.5 hours to do one pass, I might have gone again solo.

Second thing was I slipped in oil that was left by a Monte Carlo 3/4 down the track from the race before. Marshall and videos will verify that. I actually lifted at the end and still trapped at 108+mph.

Finally the clutch is a bit weak so I didnt launch my car the normal way I would.

I went to the track because I could. I wanted to hang with my friends and see some races. I was not made a fool of whatsoever...I think you saw my video from last week went I had to prove myself.
