can anyone tell me what size socket i need to take the main nut off my 95 ls?:???::???:

if your talking about the axel nut its a 32mm socket btw your gonna need and a hell of alot of muscle, wd-40, and screaming. good luck homie

or do what my bro did. take apart my weight bench bar, and use the 4 foot long bar as a breaker bar. so0o0o0o much easier. :goodjob: sometimes cheaper it you don't have a torque wrench or don't want to borrow one. a PVC pipe will domtimes work. more leverage you have the easier it will be. good luck man

yea we got them off lol we used a pole off a trampoline that was about ten feet long....lol

I got them off we used a tourqe wrench with a ten foot trampolene pole to break it...lol

i think thats what i was called im kinda new at all this.... lolI would not be surprised that a torque wrench was used, for the average home mechanic it's the biggest wrench they own. The issue is a torque wrench is a calibrated tool, a breaker bar is not and a jack handle or pipe easily fits over it...
