bored - 75-200, depending on who.
define a good port and polish?
someone can do a nice one for 400$, but to do a bench tested really high flowing head would cost in the 1000$-1500$ range.

the shop i work at is
depending on the condidtion of your block.
might need a deck if its ever blown a head gasket. prolly needs to be vatted/hot tanked.-40
20 bucks a hole for boring and 20 bucks for honing a hole.
for the crank polish its like 75.
and then the port and polish is the expensive part. it takes along time.
are you planing on it to be flow benched?
