I think that Lil Wayne is singlehandedly trying to destroy music.

MFer uses Autotune like it is going out of style... wait... it IS going out of style!

Lil Wayne is no more responsible for the downfall of music than Soulja Boy is.

The consumers are responsible for the downfall of music, supporting sub par bands, groups, and individual entertainers.

The whole mainstream music scene is at a stagnant place at the moment.

Soulja Boy is a straight up joke! I dont understand how ANYONE can listen to his shit let alone how he got so fuckin popular.

I think it's admirable and a rather smart move on Lil Wayne's part to branch out into other styles. Even if he fails at this current endeavor, at least he's trying.

Look at Ceelo, for example.
He went from Goodie Mob music to Gnarles Barkley music and he has been quite successful at the transition.

I agree. I think it shows he really has talent to be able to branch out into other things. I do think though that he needs to stop using whatever he uses on his voice ALL the time....sometimes it sounds good....other times it just gets old.

I agree, especially with the auto- tune part. PPL need to stop using it, period.

Damn, man. Well, I'm no one to tell another dude what to listen to, lolol. Lil Wayne hasn't been good since 2000. Lolol. And this rock music is solidifying his demise as anything musically talented. Later, QD.
