View Full Version : Anyone remember this car??

I recently bought this 1999 Honda Accord. Pearl white paint job with a body kit molded to the car. Seamless and no stickers/emblems on car. Has a flat type spoiler. I do not know the name of the kit on the car. I know it belonged to a man from the austell/mableton GA area. The work on the car was done at Auto Fitness Center. Unfortunatley, the other day i was hit in the back bumper and when i tried to call the number for auto fitness center, it was disconncted. I tried to 411 and search on yellowpages. but no luck. Does anyone know where I can find the place that done the bodywork and paint job on this car?? I need to get it fixed! I think the place might have been in buford GA..I hope i loaded the pic's right.....

yea it definitely needs help, but im sure honda can hook you back up with the oem bumpers though:goodjob: g/l
wow... why hate... it's not yours and you don't have to like it. Get over it. And I know a few of you haters, personally... tisk, tisk.
try calling some other shops around and check out their work. Might find a few who can fix it good.
And I may well be wrong, but it looks like the Black Widow 2 kit. If that helps.

AFC closed their doors years ago. I knew those guys, but I can't tell you where any of them are now. Guess this is the sucky part to custom paint...good luck matching it. A good bodyshop/painter could probably match the paint color. Unless the back bumper is completely destroyed and missing chunks, a good shop can rebuild it since it's just fiberglass.
Like someone said, UAB did a lot of custom glass work and would probably know exactly what bumper it is and can fix it. Also, SprayGlo in Duluth or Yellow River Customs in Stone Mountain/Lilburn have/had long running history with working on extreme showcars and stuff like that.

i dont see why you guys bash on noobies or talk all that trash, yeah the car might look like shi.t to you but hey to the owner its their pride and joy because they put money out to buy the car, fix the car, and do whatever they want with it, same thing with anyone, you have pride in your own car because you put money into it to make it look stock, slammed, and fast... so at least be considerate about other people

OK. So I spent all day yesterday trying to find a shop relatively close to home. I really appreciate the help SOME of you have given. I did find a good shop named Top It Custom's in marietta. And i researched the kit. It is actually a spiderman kit for a honda. The black widow doesnt have the tag cut out that the one i currently have does. But thank you anyways. The only reason I used IA to get advice.. or try.. is because the previous owner has the sticker on the side window for IA. But again, thank you to the ones who gave helpful info

It used to belong to a girl named Beth before the guy you bought it from. AFC did close about 4 yrs ago. I was lucky my car was finished a couple weeks before. Some dude had a 1950's truck they hand just torn completely apart to do a frame off restore on, and he was screwed.
