You know people (myself included) are always looking for something other than the usual Civics and 240s. I'll have to be honest. This is NOT what I was looking for. It's a cool car, I suppose, but it just looks tacky, for lack of better word. I looked at these pictures, scrolling through them, and I just can't really find anything cool. The engine stuffed in there is pretty cool and all, but overall, I don't know.

Welcome to IA, though and hopefully my OPINIONS won't faze you. Later ,QD.

its a ball to drive. also got some other parts in store for it. waiting on other parts w/ tax money for everything to be together and on at the same time. and no no body kits , or ricer material.

btw , as far as your opinions go opinions are like assholes , everybodys got one. i do , you do , to each his own they dont phase me . im pretty cool and easy to get along with anyway.

At first, I thought you were, but with this post, I got ya. That's why I emphasized the word OPINION in my post. To let you know that's all it was. I give you props for doing that car and all and trying to make something out anything than the ordinary boring cars.

I also give you

+75.

Later, QD.

You've passed your first test, with QD. If you are reasonable to him, he's reasonable back. Welcome to the board.

I personally don't like the hood scoop, but I respect you being different and also respect you being serious enough to take it to the strip and get some time slips.

I do think the hood scoop needs some getting used to. The corolla is so small, the scoop looks huge on it. but it is functional. And like you said, it is something different

Okay, that is apples and oranges. Think of someone installing ducts to cool the rear brakes on their Miata. You don't like them, so that means you don't like them on the Supra? 997 TT?

I said I didn't like THAT hood scoop, not hood scoops.

shubert

i dont like it either trust me , but intercooler has to be fed somehow , hence the FMIC real soon. i actually hand made that scoop when i did the swap. i work with sheet metal all the time so . . . . . . . ran outta funds at the time for a FMIC when i did the swap.
