When I was changing the clutch on my hatch years ago, i dropped the trans. It had a 5inch hole on the bell housing for the rest of the time i owned it.

thats what my hatch came with. it 70 hp to the crank. i made 58hp to the wheels with mine bc i swapped it out. it was pretty hurt bc it smoked like crazy through the whole pull and i never made it to the rev lmiter b4 my mngr at the time told me to give up bc its not gonna make it to the rev limiter. lol!!!

yeah i have a 88 hatch.. stupid stepbrother decided to tow it when he broke the CV axle on all 4 wheels..

the CV axle slung around and put a huge 4'' hole in the side of the trans case.

it's slow too.

Nope, we did baseline at 54hp on 87. Drained the tank, put in 118 and got 59hp.
