Indeed it was. There was a shit-ton of bears. Good cause. I bought 6 chuck-a-pucks that game... sadly to no avail. We went for free that game because my boss' friend has season tickets and wasn't using them that night. So we took them. He had like 8 and I only needed 4.

Hey guys... sorry to do this but is there anyway we can postpone this for the week after the 7th (I suppose the 14th)?

I was just discussing it with the wife and apparently we had a surprise birthday planned for one of our friends. It's kind of a big thing because he's had a rough year thus far (I know it just started too).

If this can't be rescheduled then perhaps another time. I really do want to go to this. I'll keep checking this daily to see what's on tap.

edit: I knew about the party prior to this I just have a horrible memory.
