So i'm helping out a buddy of mine from work. He's owned this for a while. When he got it he had it painted Bright Red (Ford Ranger Red). Engine went out on him at about 130k miles and had it replaced with what was told to him a jdm H22. He has reciepts and it cost ~ $3000 with installation(and he said the guy kept the valve cover and replaced it with his old one since the other had a "plasticy" valve cover...). As far a mods go....not much i don't think.
