I want to sell my car but I am having some problems. When i bought the car the guy said that he would have to mail me the title. No problems i said. 2 weeks later i get it and everything matches...except the buyer and sell signature. So we took it to the title place and they said i would have to get a bunch of paperwork from the guy saying that the signatures were supposed to match. After I went to his house and called him multiple times he is no where to be found. My brother has the tag and insurance in his name along with a bill of sale. But we are still having problems with the title. I want to sell it but I need a title right? Can I just do a bill of sale to the buyer? Would it be better just to part it out?
