i really like it but its the first black berry that ive had so im not quite use to it yet im used to a windows based phone like my mogul but as for browsing the net its by far the closest thing to my iphone and thats exactly why i got one i loved my iphone but once i went to verizon i have tried just about every phone they have trying to get as close as possible to the iphone and so far this is it.

This phone is awesome...It's CDMA but has GSM quad band also, so you can unlock it and use it on any GSM network and or Verizon. If you or a buyer would like it unlocked let me know. I'm sure it'll be worth more unlocked as this also opens up the market to more people that can buy it.

my bad not sure i will have to check with the wife and see if she has it or not.

Its all good. Just checking because the warranty is not transferable without the receipt. I bought mine off craigslist, same thing BNIB, and Ive had issues with it and I cannot even swap it out under manufacturer warranty without the receipt since the phone has changed hands since original purchase.

This is not made up either, this is coming straight from the mouths of the tech's at both Verizon (In store and customer support over the phone), and Blackberry's direct support line.

Its a great phone, but they need to release the new software. There are 2 newer software downloads for this thing, but Verizon has not released them yet. The new software is supposed to make it freeze less and be less laggy. Im waiting for it. Ive thought about downloading it myself since I cant replace it under warranty anyway, so no need to worry about voiding that lol.

Its a great phone though, I love Blackberrys, they are so easy to use. GLWS.
