i fell on my ass...

and broke my tail bone.

I can barely sit and it's now hard for me to stand. Every day it's getting worse and worse. last night i couldn't sleep because of the pain.

I'm only 20 and have no other back problems.

any suggestions? remedies? anything?

I take baths as hot as they'll get then i take a cold shower. i sleep on my stomach, i sit on a donut pillow, i dont sit often.... i dont know what else to do.

I've read that having the tail bone removal surgery is not good for you and could possibly not relieve the pain. I dont have insurance but my dad said i should go to the doctors office tomorrow and have it checked out and do what's best.

And, for the 2 - 3 days after it got broke... I thought life was ending for me...lol

It shattered in 3 different places and a clean break. I have to have surgery sometime in April. But my whole face swelled up and I couldn't eat for a day. Everytime I moved my face, I about cried.
