This here (http://atlanta.craigslist.org/cto/976747108.html) is what would be very nice, if I wanted to get rid of a car I no longer needed

Why? If you got lojack or full coverage either way you stand to gain even if the car is wrecked or stolen. not to say i would ever do this myslef but not such a bad idea

Its perfectly fine with me. If I just couldnt sell my car and someone would give me a car to ride (as someone has up here for me) it would be great. He's paying u to drive ur car and giving u something that may be even that much more reliable. Assuming there were no restraints on the borrowee. I would travel likea bish in that car with no worries :D

He wants to loan you a 2008 civic so he can drive 18 yr old crx (until he can come up with $1500 to pay for it)?

Sounds like he's missing payments to me, and trying to throw off the repo man.
