A model is not always a person however there are sometimes when a photo shoot of a food for a magazine is done showing characteristics for commercial use.

*Modelling for a newspaper or magazine article, as well as billboards
*Advertising a company's product, where the product is generally used by the model

Sorry QD but your wrong. This is a photoshoot. I know that you like calling out noobs and ricer but theres a few time that you have pull the "not a photoshoot" card and have been wrong. This being one of them.

1. You have a model (The car).
2. You have a studio (The location)

I consider a 'photoshoot' to be when you have set aside a date, place, and a certain amount of time for the photographer and subjects. But, I know this was not a photoshoot since it was just recreational. If this car and these pictures were being featured in a magazine article and I was the photographer, it would be different.
