Activities will include: car/truck/bike show, 1/4 mile drag racing, $400 Hot Body contest (weather permitting - ladies, call 225-247-7223 to register), Usaci Stereo crank it up contest, burnout contest, DJs, vendors, giveaways, etc. FREE competition vouchers are given to contestants who travel from 200+ miles away (must preregister to receive free pass). We need help passing out fliers. If anyone would like to help, please email your name and mailing address to [email protected] ([email protected]) Promoters are assigned a number and are paid on commission, $2 for every flier that comes in with your number on it. Spectators bring in the fliers because of the $2 off admission coupon. Checks are mailed out within a week after the event. The program pays well if you get enough fliers out. it never is, keeps cost down, thats why its good we have 3 or 4 in our general area. It was tried once before and the 2 day structure bombed. I wish it was 2 days but oh well.

NOPI series had invested pro series classes and was setup where it needed to be 2 days. IFO is just not structed to even NEED 2 days. If they inched towards the pro class additions, they would need 2 days more than likely, but i guarantee you only half of the races would end up being 2 day events if it happened atleast for a little while .

My two-step was set too low. That was the same problem I had in FLA with launching. I never changed it from last years setup. Bigger turbo and a non-stroked motor kept causing me to bog. I've not been back since. I've been having a parachute installed. Its done as of today. w00t.

lol commerce is very strict guys.. lol i just went to summit today and picked up a 50 dollar fire jacket... they are strict if you end up running a 13 without helmet and maybe after they remember you after a couple of runs your number will be erased and kicked out.. and cages they will do the same because they look at your slip first and look at your time and see if u meet requirements.. but if u get passed tech without a jacket you wont be harassed after that.. :D
