Its a 98 civic with the 99-00 front end and tail lights. Apparently that makes it a wanna be SI to those who don't know better. Next will be smaller rims and lowered. Followed by front and rear lip.

everyone about the rims - The rims are 18's and scrub already, id rather lower it on 16's. So these are for sale.
