WAGOWNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (91 Wagovan, LS, 4-1 header)


285e just before LaVista. Black Miata (not sure if it was an NA or NB, but prob a NB) merges in behind me and milks me into a run. We drop from 50 and I pull - shift to 3rd and pull, then he pulls hard around me. Wasn't a slaughter, but he kept increasing the distance. 2nd run from 60, we drop and he got squirrely close to the wall so we shut down. He caught up and made a "wavy hand" signal to let me know that he got loose, but I saw it already in my side-view and shut down to wait for the retry. We drop from 60, this was a better run b/c we were neck and neck, once I hit 4th though he found some power and pulled a way again. Wasn't owning me TOO bad, but I wasn't catching him either - LOL.

- black miata
- peanut butter top (non-hardtop)
- some kinda kit (possibly oem) w/ what looked like molded-on fogs in the front (yellow)
- black guy driving
- possibly a small skull/crossbones sticker on the truck lid


** bottle was closed so I couldn't spray, but I would have :idb: him on the gas for sure.

No - it's my daily. If it's open, then it's b/c I am hunting ON PURPOSE. The switch, (which is on my EF and my Notchback) gets me in trouble and forces me to hunt when I should just be going to Kroger for milk. LOL.

Met the owner Eddie at dyno day and discussed the run. He laid down about 260 which now explains why he got loose up against the walll that day on 285 (lots of trash/debris near retaining walls which is why I don't run against walls if I can help it)... plus he has a severely undersized tire for a car creeping up on 300 whp. W/ a bottle heater and some good pressure it would have been a good run I think - but I think he would have pulled me.

^^ Sorry bro -- that block is coming outta the car next week. When you see the wagon again it'll be able to run from the dig much better. Basically the distance you moved out on me from the dig was the distance at the finish... so I think from a roll we'd be pretty damn close. FUCK YOU AND YOUR AUTO TRANNY!!!:cheers: LOL. Your Mustang def leaves well for sure. I didn't mind getting :idb: by ya at all. :D

Yes -- it's always more fun when you run people who don't mind losing and when you don't mind losing as well -- the attitudes I see here is a disrespect to the art if you ask me... but that's a topic for another day. :)
