depends on what software you're using to edit the video, if you're using sony vegas it is really easy, but if you're using windows movie maker I would suggest blurring the image

look in the menu with the transition and effects and look for the blur effect or the effect to put text in the vid and but just use the black background in order to block the plate.

run it to about 24psi tapering to 21 or so with meth and have it protuned, and i bet that vf39 will impress you. look for 360-380 wtq. FUN car.
