(however the beer for beer pong will be provided and the inflatable pool game too). also i think that was a total of what you would spend for the trip. if you wanted room and board the entry fee would be consderably higher. thus we left all lodging to you guys to handle, some people might want to stay at a better hotel than others, all of that would be up to you.i couldnt find any really goo group rates so it wasnt wothr raising the entry fee

dont know but the more the better, so far i thimk 4-5 from ia and i think 3-5 from s2katlanta, and a few non ia people.so far this is early for most any event. we went ahead and posted it up to give everyone fair warning this time so they could go ahead and plan accordingly, ask for time off make reservations etc.

You can't really be getting upset because dude can't make it? This is a pretty costly, time consuming ordeal planned here with not that much head's up. And in these days, money is tight with folks. It's a really cool idea, but I just don't see it working. Don't get me wrong as I hope it does, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is postponed. And honestly, if this were my event, I probably would cancel it and concentrate on a more local event. You'd need to have a significant number of folks going on this to make worth the while. If you have five folks going, that wouldn't be worth it when you could organize a local event and have probably quadruple the number.

i agree to the fact that money is very tight right now and this whole trip (to some people) seems to be kind of a getaway for the weekend. With the people that i know for a fact that are going, i know we will have a decent amount of money to donate. Although we may not have the 30 cars like we did on the cruise for kids run, there is a sufficient amount of people going to help spread what we are trying to accomplish; to donate money for a great cause.

There are already other events starting to be planned more local to keep raising money.So if you can not make this one no biggie. Pookie bear there are no hard feelings that you cannot make this event. I know you have a good heart and you will come out to the other events that will be held.

honestly i could but i dont feel like doing all that drinking for ONE day in key west. if im going to drive that far im taking a vacation not a "getaway" for a week or better. and stop by friend in hilton head, jax and Miami.
