But the modding and the cleaning up has NOT stopped, and due to this, i am semi-proud to present my DB1...everything built with my own hands. Its turned into a beautiful DD.:boobies:

I think I saw this car at the V, the sunroof looks like SHIT. Those angles are terrible. At least take normal pictures if you're going to use a cell phone.

and my shit blew up three weeks after i bought my db and i have had to replace TOO many things. but just keep at it. at least you have a good set of wheels to work with.

Yeah, the sunroof really is pretty much the only downfall of this car right now... The reason the thing is so screwed up is because the previous owner of the car, hacked it up somethin TERRIBLE. First off, the car isnt even supposed to have a sunroof...so please explain to me why they chopped alll the framing in the roof, and why they hacked up the sheet metal to fit a sunroof in it...?:crazy:

I've been trying to find a way to fix this since i GOT the car back last March, but to no avail.. I found a DB1 sunroof in the junkyard...didnt fit. i tried calling an actual shop to do it, but its gonna cost WAY too much..not happenin...I was gonna have a piece of sheetmetal welded in....overlooked that idea... And then when we went to replace the bootleg sunroof with a real one that i pulled from the yard, it didnt fit. Tried to replace the old one, only to find out it wasnt even held in with bolts. As i got up to speed, the old roof flew off:eek: . and so i had to do an emergency repair; aka plexiglass. And with the plexiglass, i had to silicone the sh*t out of it just to get it to not leak in the rain.

LOL ill take any suggestions if anyone would like to offer ideas on howto repair this?:goodjob: (wantboost, i still have your idea in mind too...)
