i have 2 cars for sale right now. if you find me a buyer for the car, i am willing to pay out a commission.

The first car is a 2001 Lexus IS300 turbo. all the info is posted in my thread in my forum under Zen Motors. This is actually a personal vehicle of mine so the buyer won't have to incur any taxes. I want 15,500 for the car. If you sell it for 15,500, i will give you $100. if you sell it for 16,000, i will give you $200, if you sell it for 16,500, i will give you $300 and so on.

The second car is a 2005 Lexus LS430. This vehicle is being sold through my dealership which means the buyer will have to pay tax, tag and title. I would like to get $25,500 for this one. The car has 47,xxx miles on it and is black on tan. it is in great condition with no accidents to date. the interior is in excellent condition. tires are good and the vehicle still has factory warranty. about 2500 miles left on bumper to bumper and another 22,500 miles left on powertrain warranty. if you sell it for 25,500, you get $100. if you sell it for 26,000, you get $200, if you sell it for $26,500, you get $300 and so on.

btw, im basically trying to move these cars as quick as possible. if you find a buyer who comes in lower than my lowest asking price, let me know what their offer is... i may consider it if it is close. My prices are already near my cost on these 2 cars so there really isn't much room, but i am open to offers.

What trim level is the LS. Is it the Executive edition?

so, if someone is able to get you $1500 more than your asking price, they only get $400 for it? I understand what you are trying to do, but that math just doesn't seem to add up. G/L with the sale though. I just sold my Cobra today :(

^^ i really don't know what edition it is. it doesn't have nav, it isn't the ultra package. it does have the parking sensors, afs lighting (headlights move in the direction you turn, heated and air conditioned front seats.....

what you don't understand is that my asking price is about what i have in the car. i have no profit built into either of these cars. i am just trying to move them. i would like to make a profit on them... but that doesn't have to happen.

i would think 400 on 1500 is absolutely more than fair for the sales person. have you ever sold cars for a dealership? you usually only get at max 20% of the profits. 400 on 1500 thats closer to 30%. :tongue1:

i may even throw in a little extra if someone can find a buyer relatively soon... (within a week or 2)
