i had a swap done recently in my 95 si prelude and it seems to be very hard to start if it hadn't been warmed up.after it warms up it cranks and runs like new.
it just seems like it is not getting fuel when you try to start it cold and runs really rough when it does crank ? anybody have any anwers or advice? rhanks:thinking:

seems like it is getting no fuel - it will turn over fine crank but will cut back off you have to do this about 5 or so times to get it to stay running meanwhille pumping the gas

it could be fuel or spark... check the cap and rotor and see how they look... can you hear the fuel pump prime when the car is turned to on before you start it

Can you take a little video or something so we can hear it...?
My swapped|SiVTEC has a rough start when it's cold and has to turn over more than normal, but the fact that it'll cut back off on you is strange.

Does it smoke at all when you fire it up? How many miles were on the engine when you purchased it/had it swapped in?
