doesn't look like it was hot tanked but more of being painted. I could be wrong but it looks like he just painted the block.

block was hot tanked, but sat for a while...it was then cleaned again and painted...and i will throw in the crank sensor for the 99-00 obd2 pickup if i get my asking price..

Is everything plastic gauge or just threw in bearing? My buddy had brought a h23 from here painted blue. They claim it was did right. But it knock when everything started. So I had to redo the motor for my buddy.
