it has been a while since i have posted a winder meet and ppl have been asking me about having one so here we go. the next winder meet will be thursday 1/22 at starting at 7:30. the meet will be held at the sonic in winder. this is plenty of time to get a good meet going. :goodjob:

Quite possibly you may have.... I ride through town quite a bit going various places, and I used to work at Akins Ford right here in town too. I may also be seen riding with a silver and black F4i as well.... that's my roomate/good friend.

Also, I have Friday off. I am heading down to Sandy Springs to get my tires rotated, alignment, brakes checked. My (!)BRAKE light has been coming on and going off for the past week. I don't wanna feel like a douchebag like last time (the Athens meet) where I rolled up and asked if this was the IA meet. God, I am such a moron. Anyhow, can't miss me. It's bright fucking orange! Looks similar to one of the ones in the sig (one of those is ACTUALLY my car when it was still in Japan being produced... hell there was only 800 +/- made in my color).

I don't really have any ideas at the moment. I suppose that's because the town of Winder actually sucks a bit. I don't know what's worse, that or the fact I've lived here for a while... I'll think about it and get back to you guys.


Anyhow, good meeting you Zero and 3rdGen. I'll have to bring out my lovely 87 Colt Vista when the weather gets warm. That car is a cranky as hell. It hates the cold which is why it's garaged. 102k orig. miles on an 87 ain't bad though.

I dunno, I suppose the meets are just not what I expect. When I think meet, I think a crowded parking lot with guys talking about their cars. I actually had a nice conversation with 3rdGen and 0-60. I suppose Sonic is just too small for a decent "car meet."

Thanks for starting this up though. Seemed like a good turnout. I imagine the folks at Sonic can get a little upset when we take most of the parking spots.
