So I picked me up a motor today, in the snow and ice of Ohio. Me and a buddy of mine got it on in less than an hour. (Pics included after class.) Problem is, we thought we had ourselves a B18B. My question is... do I have anything to worry about when plugging this thing into my CRX? Since I previously had a B18B.

Any info would be much appreciated  otherwise we'll just take it back. Just the selection is limited up here.

if u had a b18b in there before just transfer over the items that dont match up. i only say that because i dont know what u changed when u put the b18b. i know what i would have but everybody goes about it differently.

I have everything needed for the B18B. Only change is the motor itself.

let just put it like this look at the injectors intake dizzy and alt. if they are all the same your good if the injectors are obd0 on the b18a and u was using obd1 injectors on the b18b swap them out.

it should be all the same but if it is obd0 then you have to change the injectors out

I'm up toward the Youngstown area. At the garage where our cars hibernate, we've got 2 B18A's 2 B16A's, and a B18A with a broken cylinder just sitting around taking up space. I also just pulled my B20 out of my 88 Hatch so Its sitting around now too. Among those we've also got like 3 or 4 Y8 & Z6's laying around haha.

Look around man. There's a salvage yard right buy us with 2 B18's out of DA's in their garage.

In Zelienople PA they've got a Completely import yrad where they have a TON of honda's and acura's, my motor Haven :) lol. Its called Wagners Foreign auto, it would be a haul but they had good prices last I remember.

The Pickings aren't slim you just have to look around a little :)
