Columbus Meet

The next Columbus meet is this Saturday, Jan. 10 at 8 pm. It will be at Golden Corral again off of Manchester Expressway. We had a good turnout last time and hope to have more people show up as word gets around. Park in the big parking lot around the back/side of the building.

We need to start looking at a new venue though! Some place that is warmer and where it doesnt rain! lol

Seriously though....ideas.....good parking, where we will not get run off from.....good food and or variety of food.....or....along those lines.....do we just pick a diff location every month? I lean towards keeping it at the same location each month so everyone always knows where to go....but that is just a thought. We could go somewhere diff every month.....less expensive would be nice as well! lol

sorry didn't make it. had a suprise trip to new york come up. back now. where did yall meet this month.

I say pick one spot for weather when it is not rainning and one spot for when it is. that way people will know both and can rely on their own judgment on what spot to go to.

Both of ya'll's suggestions sound good. I would like to try to keep it in one spot so that everyone will know where to go. We just need to find another good place I guess. I love the parking lot at GC but the price is high. 2 spots for weather is a good idea too.

Jonathan want me to have another cook out so we might do that once it warms up some more.
