Well I finally opened my xmas gift a Olympus E520. I know these pics suck at life but I posted anyways. Hopefully soon ill understand all this photo crap but I am trying. Zero photo experience and I'm sure it shows.

-sigh- here goes

car pics + "creative angles" = fail, go horizon or go home

leaf pics are boring, stop taking pics of leaves, and stop centering your subject.

Vavle cover pics is pretty good but a bit over exposed.

Check exposure, white balance, and com,position the most for the future shots. Keep working at it, it takes a lot of time and a LOT of practice.
