im taking the del sol (slow) to the track, and im assuming people are going to watch the big guys race, and some are ashamed to race because they think their car are slow (have a couple friends that think so

January 31st, Silver Dollar Track, no money gambles, just friendly runs..

this thread might be fail for some, but i got 2 cars (friends cars) that are wanting to do it so they dont feel embarest going against fast cars...

Low HP and low Speed races are great. Shows driver skill and u cant just MUSCLE ur way around folks cuz u have extra HP. I love watchin races and being in those types of runs.

You're wrong on that day you might be driving an "R/T" with est. 260-270 hp and close to 300 lbs of Torque. If I feel nice....:tongue1:

i think everyone should have the ability to run weather they havd a 8 sec car or 18 sec car, but they should run the slower cars at normal test and tunes. its so annoying when you go to big events like m.c.e. and there are 150 15+sec cars crowding the staging lanes so you only get to meke 1 pass in 4 hours!

Watching 100 15+ sec cars duke it out is boring.

All it does it piss off the faster cars because they have to wait so long for the slow cars to run. Not to mention if one of them drops fluid on the track. :no:

I remember the good ole days going to Silver Dollar and getting 16 passes and still having time to stop for lunch and a couple cool down sessions. :cheers:
