DVDraceservice has posted the entire first round of the 1998 FIM 500cc championship from Suzuka
The people that made this race included:
Mick Doohan who was on a role winning 4 consecutive titles.
Max Biaggi who had just won 4 250cc world titles and was now a rookie on a Erv Kanemoto NSR500
Norick Abe who now had a competitive Yamaha under him.
Nitro Nori Haga He had just won a round of the WSBK and was brought in as a wildcard
Tadayuki Okada who was Mick Doohan teammate on the fastest bike; Repsol Honda NSR500
