Shot me an offer on an item I was thinking of parting with and met me at an arranged time at the spot. Transaction went cool. I even had an inverter with me to plug in the item to show it powered on and he trusted me. Turns out, he shorted me $4 so I PM-ed him about it. No time wasted, he shoots me back and offers to meet up tomorrow and give me $15.
This is the main reason why I made this thread. He wasted no time in offering me more than what we settled on. I declined his offer on that ground (that I wouldn't take more than the agreed upon price) and told him it was cool and not to worry about it or the $4. We're even because of his reaction.
