Whos got their own server in their house?

Ok so I just bought ten 1TB hard drives and am looking to build two servers for all my nudie pics and videos (damn blu ray porn takes up a lot of space). Well I am looking for some nice simple software to run each computer. I am downloading Ubuntu Server edition, but wanted to know what is everyone else running? I want something stable, and easy to use.

I actually use Ubuntu server as well lol. Its got everything you could need plus its very low on resource usage.

*Samba for windows file sharing
*Squid to cache all my internet traffic (really helps with speed even with DSL)
*mt-DAAPD for network access with itunes (shares all your songs with any computer with itunes on the network)

OH yeah i use mediatomb to stream to my ps3 also.

my house is networked with a central switch. I'm going to place a networkable 1tb hard drive in the cabinet, much simpler and cheaper than a server.
