ok so i just bought this car (http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2458292#) a couple weeks back and havnt got the chance to align my bumper. so i took the whole front end off and noticed that the bolts were missing at the top of the bumper.. not only were they missing.. the brackets that u bolt it up to was not aligned to the bumper holes. hmm.. any way i can fix this?

pics will explain.

If you talkin about the bracket with the rust mark it seems to be bent a little. Was the car in a front end collision by any chance.?

Good chance it was wrecked. Just get the bumper where it should be then bend the tab to match.
