So around 3:30am (12/21/08) at the Pleasant Hill BP mad cops everywhere and surrounded the whole premises. As I was leaving I see a black Escalade with the back door open and a guy laying dead on the ground with a white blanket over him. Anyone know what happened? I'm sorry for his family.

I witness's say a white Mitsubishi with a black hood was seen pulling away at a high rate of speed after the gun fire. The store clerk said it looked like two people were having an arguement when the gun fire started. One of the men was fataly shot and the second man, described as being Asian, left in the white Mitsubishi.

Duluth Police would like as much help as possible identifying the white vehicle that left the scene of the crime. Please contact detective John Rivers at the Duluth Police Dept. if you know the whereabouts of the Mitsubishi or the driver of the vehicle.
