Energy Suspension urethane rear suspension bushing set for S13. I've used two of the bushings, but the rest are there and if you have one piece of adjustable suspension in the rear there are more than enough to do everything else. $30
Energy Suspension rear swaybar endlinks w/bushings. $10

defiantly want ALL of your polyurethane stuff, especially those subframe inserts... gotta try to get some money together! lol

are the top inserts slotted? or do you have to completely drop the subframe to install them?

they are not slotted but you could cut your own slots in them to make them an easier install.
